We are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us, however, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online. Therefore Inland by Ledge offers the following return policy:

We offer Returns on all Full Priced items for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

To exchange for credit, it is essential that items are:

Returned within 14 days of purchase.

The item returned is unworn, in its original condition and with tags still attached. 

Any item that does not have the original tag, has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Products purchased on FINAL SALE are non exchangeable.

We will not exchange or refund any jewellery, sunglasses, swimwear, perfume & cosmetics - due to hygiene.

Please note: As a small business, our policies may differ from larger retailers.

How to Arrange a Return

To request a return, please email info@inlandbyledge.com.au with your full name and order number. Once approved we’ll provide return instructions.

Any further shipping charges will be at the customers cost.

Returns will be approved at the discretion of Inland by Ledge.

Once the returned product has been received in perfect condition we will provide you with a store credit.

Faulty Items

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. However should a problem arise please contact us to report the fault within 2 days of receiving your parcel. 

All items need to be kept in original condition including tags. Inland by Ledge will cover all postage costs if the item is deemed faulty.

Please note that all refunds due to faulty items will be processed using original method of payment. 

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.  All returns must be authorised by Inland by Ledge. 

Please note in the rare circumstance the item ordered has been sold simultaneously in store, Inland by Ledge will offer you the choice of store credit, exchange or full refund.
